    General Ledger

    General Ledger system allows for the creation, managing and reporting of a chart of accounts. We'll start you off with the basics and then offer you the ability to customize your General Ledger to meet your unique business needs and future changes. COA Categories designed to logically group/subgroup Chart of Accounts. There are no rules; you may create and modify COA's within the General Ledger View. We offer you several types of Balance Sheet reporting options, audit reports and a unique group reporting system.

    Multiple industry charts
    A choice of industry chart of accounts (COA) accounts numbers and names relevant to your business type given at startup. The COA list for each is in a standard COA with Asset, Liability, Income, and Expense accounts. The startup COAs are not cut in stone allow modifications to your unique business structure.
    Flexible unlimited number of accounts
    The COA allows for an unlimited number of general ledger accounts. User-defined COA numbering thats flexible in length with a unique value test to prevent duplication.
