5. Payments & Refund Policy

We accept PayPal and other payment methods as listed on the Site. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment instrument provided.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable: Because Software downloads are instantly accessible, all sales are final once a download is initiated, except where required by law.

6. Software Downloads & Licensing

All downloadable Software is provided under the terms of the applicable End-User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA governs your use of the Software.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your system meets the minimum requirements
  • Software is compatible with your operating system and third-party software
  • Your data is backed up prior to installation

CORGROUP® LLC is not liable for incompatibility with third-party software, data conversion limitations, system configuration issues, or data loss.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities including but not limited to:

  • Distributing malware, spyware, or harmful code

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
